Common use of Responsibility for Accuracy Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Accuracy. The Provider has full responsibility and liability for the accuracy of the records submitted to the District for payment of invoices, including but not limited to all data required under Section 16.02(c) above. The Provider acknowledges that a failure to provide accurate records, and/or any misappropriation or attempted misappropriation of public funds when making invoice payment requests shall constitute a breach of this Contract and shall constitute sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Contract.
