Responsibility for Actions. Each Party shall be responsible for its own negligent acts and omissions and the acts and omissions of its employees, officers, directors, and affiliates as applicable. The University’s liability shall be governed by the Oklahoma Governmental Tort Claims Act. The University further retains and reserves to itself, without limitation, all the powers, rights, authority, duties, and responsibilities conferred upon it and vested in it by the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Oklahoma. These rights shall include, but not limited to the University’s right to sovereign immunity and rights under the OGTCA.
