Common use of Responsibility for Administration Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Administration. Except to the extent that particular responsibilities are assigned or delegated to other Fiduciaries pursuant to the Trust Agreement, other Articles of the Plan or Section 10.3, the Company (as the Administrator) shall be responsible for the administration of the Plan. Each other Fiduciary shall have only such powers, duties, responsibilities and authorities as are specifically conferred upon him or it pursuant to provisions of the Plan or Trust Agreement.

Responsibility for Administration.
