Responsibility for Administration. The Employer shall be responsible for the day-to-day administration of seniority rules. Every installation, station, branch, and/or delivery unit shall have a roster posted in an appropriate place listing all ▇▇▇▇▇- ers in order of seniority number. Said roster shall be updated during the months of July and January of every calendar year.
