Responsibility for Construction. Aside from the obligation of the Authority to construct the Rail Station Building, any construction or installation by or for the benefit of Rail Company shall be at the sole risk of Rail Company and shall be in accordance with the Tenant Work Permit Program and all applicable state and local codes and laws and subject to inspection by the Executive Director.
