Responsibility for Costs and Expenses. Each Party will be responsible for any and all costs of developing, programming, marketing, promoting, and providing its respective portion of the Export Services under this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided herein, neither Party will be responsible or liable for any costs or expenses of the other Party incurred in connection with this Agreement. Each Party agrees to provide the other Party with reasonable notice to anticipate revisions to their respective software and to plan related integration updates.

Responsibility for Costs and Expenses. Over the next three years, the operating and maintaining expenses of boys’ and girls’ varsity and junior varsity alpine ski programs at each will be incurred by the school the District. During the 2017-18 season the expenses will be a 100 percent expense for the alpine ski club, during the 2018-19 season the expenses will be split 75 percent alpine ski club and 25 percent District and in the 2019-20 season the expenses will be split 50 percent alpine ski club and 50 percent season the District will incur all expenses. All future years the program will be funded by the District.
