Common use of Responsibility for Imaging Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Imaging. Member is solely responsible for imaging deposit items, accessing the service from the Credit Union and for maintaining your imaging equipment. Member will be responsible for the payment of all telecommunications expenses associated with the service. Credit Union shall not be responsible for providing or servicing any Equipment for Member.
