Responsibility for Information. Supplier shall be responsible for any errors or omissions in any drawings, calculations, Packaging details or other particulars supplied by Supplier, whether such information has been approved by GSK or not, provided that such errors or omissions are not due to inaccurate information furnished in writing by GSK.
