Common use of Responsibility for Payment Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Payment. 8.3.1 Each person who signs the Acceptance Form is jointly and separately liable for payment of all fees (including additional fees for supplementary activities or other extras) incurred by your child whilst at the School. This means that the School may in its sole discretion recover all or any of the fees owing to the School from one or all of such persons. 8.3.2 The School may agree with you/request in writing that a third party is responsible for payment, or should act as guarantor for payment of the fees. This does not release you from liability to pay the fees and you will be responsible for payment of the full amount of the fees if the third party fails to pay. The School reserves the right to refuse to accept a payment from a third party.
