Responsibility for Performance Appraisals. 1. It shall be the responsibility of the Department Heads and the Departmental Supervisors to prepare a performance appraisal for each employee assigned to them. 2. Per the Personnel Compendium, the City Manager shall have the responsibility to ensure departmental compliance in completing performance reviews with all employees. 3. The City agrees to notify Union when in August they will present the above annual report.
