Responsibility for Representatives. The Receiving Party shall direct its Representatives to comply with this Agreement. The Receiving Party shall be responsible and liable for any breach of the provisions of this Agreement by any of its Representatives (as if those representatives were parties to and bound by the provisions of this Agreement).
