Responsibility for Schedule. The Contractor shall have sole and exclusive responsibility for creating the schedule and properly updating it. The City has no authority to approve the schedule. The City may note exceptions to any schedule submitted by the Contractor. However, it shall be the Contractor’s sole responsibility to determine the proper method to address exceptions and the City’s review of the schedule shall not serve to place any such obligation on the City. Whenever a schedule update shows a completion date beyond the Time for Completion, the Contractor shall submit a proposed recovery schedule to the City.
