Common use of Responsibility for Second Source Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Second Source. Assuming compliance by Elan with Clause 7.1, Acorda shall be solely responsible for: 7.5.1 all process and equipment validation in the Second Source required by applicable law or regulations and shall take all steps reasonably necessary to pass inspection by the Governmental Authority; 7.5.2 Product supplied to Acorda or its Designees by the Second Source.
