Responsibility for Shared Suite Facilities. All residents occupying a room or unit are jointly and severally responsible for items missing from, cleaning to, or damages caused to, the Shared Suite Facilities within the Room or the Suite, which include, but are not limited to, the kitchen, bathrooms, and living space.
