Common use of Responsibility for Work Performed Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Work Performed. Services under this contract will be performed on-site at Post as directed by the Contracting Officer or authorized representative and as defined within the SOW. The Contractor shall be responsible for all materials delivered and work performed until final completion and acceptance of the entire work, except for any completed unit of work which may have been accepted in writing under the contract.
