Common use of Responsibility of Each Party Clause in Contracts

Responsibility of Each Party. At all times each Party shall be responsible for the actions or omissions of its employees, regardless of whether such employees are performing Services for the other Party under this Agreement. In connection with the performance of Services under this Agreement, each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and orders, including, but not limited to, equal opportunity employment laws and regulations and occupational safety and health legislation.
