RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES. 8.01 It is recognized that the Board is responsible for the safety, health comfort and general welfare of the residents in Huron Lodge, therefore, the employees recognize they must be prepared to assist in carrying out the services of the Board. 8.02 The responsibility to the residents is the ultimate responsibility of the Board and requires that any dispute arising over the interpretation of the terms of this Agreement be adjusted and settled in an orderly manner without interruption to the said services of the residents; therefore, the employees agree that if any differences with the Employer occur during the time period of this Agreement, that same will be dealt with under the Grievance Procedure hereinafter set forth. 8.03 It shall be the responsibility of all employees to notify the Human Resources/Finance Coordinator within three (3) days of any change in his address or telephone number.
