Common use of Responsibility of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Any restriction on or requirement imposed upon Tenant hereunder shall be deemed to extend to Tenant's Guarantor, Tenant's subtenants, concessionaires and licensees and it shall be Tenant's obligation to cause the foregoing persons to comply with such restriction of requirement.
