Common use of Responsibility of the Host Clause in Contracts

Responsibility of the Host. The Resident may invite a Visitor into the College, provided that the Resident ensures that any Visitor: (a) remains in the company of the Resident; and (b) respects the terms of this Agreement, and property of other Residents, the College and the University.
