Common use of Responsibility of the User Clause in Contracts

Responsibility of the User. 4.1.1. By acceding to the present Agreement, the User understands, accepts and agrees that he/she: - bears full personal responsibility for the content and compliance with the norms of Russian legislation of all the materials posted by him/her on the Website; - bears full personal responsibility for the compliance of the methods of using by him/her the materials of other Users and other information published on the Website, with the norms of the Russian law (including, without limitation, intellectual property and data protection norms of law); - bears full responsibility for the safety of his/her account (login and password), as well as for all the actions performed using his/her account; - uses the Website at his/her own risk. 4.1.2. The User undertakes to independently and at his/her own expense settle all the claims of third parties related to the action or inaction of the User when using the Website. The User acknowledges and agrees that the IP address of a personal computer (computer personal identification number) of the User, as well as other information available via the HTTP protocol is monitored by the technical means of the Administration, and, in case of illegal actions, including actions violating the third parties intellectual rights, the owner of the personal computer determined by the technical means of the Administration shall be held responsible for the indicated illegal actions.
