Responsible Vendor Sample Clauses
The Responsible Vendor clause establishes the obligation for a vendor to act in accordance with certain standards of conduct, compliance, or performance during the course of providing goods or services. Typically, this clause requires the vendor to adhere to applicable laws, maintain ethical business practices, and ensure that any subcontractors or affiliates also meet these requirements. Responsible Vendor. As defined in subsection 287.012(25), Florida Statutes, means a Vendor who has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance.
