Rest of the body Clause Samples

The "Rest of the body" clause typically refers to a provision that addresses the remaining terms, conditions, or obligations not specifically covered in earlier sections of a contract or agreement. This clause may serve as a catch-all, ensuring that any additional requirements, responsibilities, or procedures that apply to the parties are still enforceable, even if not explicitly detailed elsewhere. Its core practical function is to prevent gaps or ambiguities in the agreement by covering residual matters, thereby ensuring comprehensive coverage and reducing the risk of disputes over unaddressed issues.
