Rest pause on overtime. 36.1.4(a) Where an employee is required to work overtime before or after the usual commencing or ceasing time on any day or shift for one and a half hours or more, he/she shall be allowed a rest pause of twenty minutes' duration immediately before such commencing time or after such ceasing time. The rest pause shall be paid at ordinary rates.
