Common use of Restocking Fee Clause in Contracts

Restocking Fee. 25% will be charged for all returned items. Only items in new unused condition and invoiced in the last 30 Days will be eligible for return. Manufactured (made-to-order) items and special-order items are non-cancellable / non-returnable. No return for credit will be accepted without the written consent of AMG Systems.
