Restoration of connection. If the Distributor has performed a Temporary Disconnection in respect of a Consumer's ICP for the reasons outlined in clause 19.5, the Distributor will take reasonable steps to arrange restoration of supply to the connection if conditions for reconnection are reasonably met.
