Restricted and Unrestricted Subsidiaries. So long as this Agreement is in force and except as otherwise permitted by the prior written consent of the Majority Lenders, each Borrower will ensure that: (1) No Subsidiaries JustEnergy has no Subsidiaries, other than Restricted Subsidiaries and Unrestricted Subsidiaries.
