Common use of Restricted CUSIP or U.S. Legend on Certain Common Shares Clause in Contracts

Restricted CUSIP or U.S. Legend on Certain Common Shares. Each Common Share issued upon conversion of Debentures represented by the Restricted Debentures shall be represented by a certificate with a restricted CUSIP for Common Shares, and each certificate representing Common Shares issued upon conversion of Debentures bearing the U.S. Legend shall have imprinted or otherwise reproduced thereon such legend or legends in substantially the form of Schedule D attached hereto; provided that the U.S. Legend may be removed or the Common Shares may be transferred from the restricted CUSIP as provided in Section 2.15(1).
