Common use of Restricted Subsidiaries and Unrestricted Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Restricted Subsidiaries and Unrestricted Subsidiaries. (a) In the circumstances described in the definition of “Unrestricted Subsidiary” in Section 1.01, the Issuer will be permitted to designate any Restricted Subsidiary as an Unrestricted Subsidiary. Unrestricted Subsidiaries will not be subject to any of the covenants in this Indenture. (b) Restricted Subsidiaries may include certain minority owned affiliates which have been designated from time to time as “Restricted Affiliates.”. To the extent it is not a Subsidiary of the Issuer, OPAP will be a Restricted Affiliate.
