Common use of Restriction on Disbursements Clause in Contracts

Restriction on Disbursements. No entitlement funds shall be disbursed to a Subrecipient or contractor except pursuant to a written contract, which incorporates by reference the general conditions of this contract. Disbursements may be suspended or terminated under this Agreement upon refusal to accept any additional conditions that may be imposed by the City at any time or if the entitlement funds to the City of Wichita under the Federal Act(s) are suspended or terminated.
