Common use of Restriction on Investment Clause in Contracts

Restriction on Investment. Other than (a) the common stock of UNEXCO owned by the Company on the date thereof, (b) Oil and Gas Properties transferred to UNEXCO prior to the date hereof and (c) capital contributions to UNEXCO that are applied directly to pay the Indebtedness owing on the Subsidiary Notes, the Company will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, make any Investment in UNEXCO without the Noteholders' prior written consent.
