Restriction on Redemption. Except as expressly provided in ------------------------- this Section D, the Corporation shall not have the right to redeem or otherwise acquire for value any or all of the Preferred Stock. The redemption rights of the Series C Preferred Stock, Series D Preferred Stock, Series E Preferred Stock and Series F Preferred Stock shall be separate and distinct such that only the holders of Series C Preferred Stock can effect a redemption of the Series C Preferred Stock, only the holders of Series D Preferred Stock can effect a redemption of the Series D Preferred Stock, only the holders of Series E Preferred Stock can effect a redemption of the Series E Preferred Stock and only the holders of Series F Preferred Stock can effect a redemption of the Series F Preferred Stock.
