Restriction on Redemption. The Series C Preferred Stock is not redeemable by the Corporation prior to November 1, 2017 (the “Initial Permitted Redemption Date”) except in accordance with Sections 6(e)(vi)(C) and 6(e)(viii)(B); provided, however, that no redemption by the Corporation of the Series C Preferred Stock otherwise permitted in this Section 6(e)(vi) shall occur if any term or condition contained in any Limiting Document shall prohibit it or if such redemption shall result in a default thereunder.

The Series C D Preferred Stock is not redeemable by the Corporation prior to November 1, 2017 the fifth anniversary of the date the Series D Preferred Stock is initially issued by the Company (the “Series D Initial Permitted Redemption Date”) except in accordance with Sections 6(e)(vi)(C) and 6(e)(viii)(B6(f)(vi)(C); provided, however, that no redemption by the Corporation of the Series C D Preferred Stock otherwise permitted in this Section 6(e)(vi6(f)(vi) shall occur if any term or condition contained in any Limiting Document shall prohibit it or if such redemption shall result in a default thereunder.
