Restriction on Transfer of Unvested Shares. Grantee shall not transfer, assign, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇ or security interest in, pledge, hypothecate, encumber or otherwise dispose of any of the Unvested Shares, or any economic interest or voting rights with respect to the foregoing except as permitted by this Agreement.
