Common use of Restriction on Clause in Contracts

Restriction on. withdrawal During the Facility Period no sum may be withdrawn from: 17.7.1 the Earnings Accounts without the prior written consent of the Lender (except in accordance with this Clause 17); and 17.7.2 the Cash Collateral Accounts without the prior written consent of the Lender. No Account shall be overdrawn.
