Restriction Requests; Confidential Communications. Business Associate shall comply with any agreements for confidential communications of which it is aware and to which Covered Entity agrees pursuant to 45 CFR § 164.522(b) by communicating via the enrollees using agreed upon alternative means or alternative locations.
