Restrictions on Access to Patent Rights. Nothing in Section 18 of this Tribal Transit Program Master Agreement pertaining to rights in data shall either imply a license to the Federal Government under any patent or be construed to affect the scope of any license or other right otherwise granted to the Federal Government under any patent.
