Restrictions on Intercompany Transfers Sample Clauses
The "Restrictions on Intercompany Transfers" clause sets limitations on the movement of assets, goods, or intellectual property between entities within the same corporate group. Typically, this clause outlines specific conditions under which such transfers can occur, such as requiring prior approval, adherence to fair market value, or compliance with tax regulations. By imposing these restrictions, the clause helps prevent tax avoidance, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains transparency in financial reporting between related companies.
