Restrictions on Non-use. Each Party shall, unless approved by the Parties or the Brand Council, take commercially reasonable actions to avoid an event or circumstance that would be reasonably foreseen to result in a meaningful loss of rights with respect to such Party’s rights in the SunPower Marks or the Assigned SunPower Trademarks.
