Common use of Restrictions on services provided Clause in Contracts

Restrictions on services provided. There may be restrictions on the number of Transactions that you can enter into on any one day and also in terms of the total value of those Transactions when using an Electronic Service. You acknowledge that some Markets place restrictions on the types of orders that can be directly transmitted to their electronic trading systems and the transmission of such orders to the Market is dependent upon the accurate and timely receipt of prices or quotes from the relevant Market or market data provider. You acknowledge that a Market may cancel such an order when upgrading its systems, trading screens may drop the record of such an order, and you enter such orders at your own risk.
