Restrictions on Tenant. Subject to the provisions of Section 23, the Tenant shall not assign this Ground Lease, in whole or in part, without the consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed, or conditioned. The Tenant shall give the Landlord at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of any proposed assignment, together with a copy of the proposed assignment. The Tenant shall not sublease all or any portion of the Project Site without the consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed, or conditioned.
