Restrictions on the Residual Interestholder's Power Clause Samples

This clause defines and limits the authority of the residual interestholder regarding their rights or actions over the residual interest in an asset or entity. Typically, it may restrict the residual interestholder from transferring, encumbering, or otherwise disposing of their interest without meeting certain conditions or obtaining prior consent. By imposing these limitations, the clause helps prevent unauthorized actions that could affect the value or management of the residual interest, thereby protecting the interests of other stakeholders and ensuring orderly administration.
