RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF THE FACILITY.  The Club reserves the right to halt, at its discretion, any rental activities that the Club considers to be detrimental to the Club’s best interest. The Club reserves the right to attempt to peacefully remove from the premises any individual the Club considers to be acting in a manner detrimental to the Club’s best interests. If a halt to the activities is necessary due to excessive noise, the event spilling out to the parking lot and disturbing residents, public drunkenness or use of drugs on the premises or any other reason not specified here but deemed by the Club Employee and an authorized Club Official to be detrimental to the interests of the Club, the renter agrees that such intervention in the event constitutes the fulfillment of the rental agreement by the Club, and that the renter has no recourse, legal or otherwise, against the Club for recovery of prepaid rental fees and dam- age deposits.
