Notwithstanding any other provisions provision of this Indenture, a Global Note may not be transferred as a whole except by the Securities Depository to a nominee of the Securities Depository or by a nominee of the Securities Depository to the Securities Depository or another nominee of the Securities Depository or by the Securities Depository or any such nominee to a successor Securities Depository or a nominee of such successor Securities Depository.

Restrictions on Transfer and Exchange of Global Notes.
