Restrictions on Transfer and Exchange of Global Notes. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (other than the provisions set forth in subsection (f) of this Section 2.6), the Global Notes may not be transferred as a whole except by the U.S. Depository to a nominee of the U.S. Depository or by a nominee of the U.S. Depository to the U.S. Depository or another nominee of the U.S. Depository or by the U.S. Depository or any such nominee to a successor U.S. Depository or a nominee of such successor U.S. Depository.
