Restrictive Legends and Stop Transfer Orders. If the issuance of shares upon exercise of this Option Agreement has not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, Optionee as a condition of and at the time of exercise shall deliver the Investment Representation Statement attached as Exhibit B and the provisions of this Section 7 shall be applicable.
