Restrictive Trade Practices. 26.1 If there are provisions of this Agreement (or of an agreement, or arrangement of which it forms part) by virtue of which particulars of this Agreement (or of an agreement of which it forms part) are, at the date of this Agreement required to be furnished to the Director General of Fair Trading under the Restrictive Trade Practices Acts 1976-1977: 26.1.1 The parties shall ensure that those particulars are furnished as soon as possible and in any event within the time specified by those Acts; and 26.1.2 Those provisions do not take effect until the day after those particulars have been furnished.
