Resubmittals. If objections or comments are submitted in writing within the time frame and in accordance with the requirements set forth in the preceding subsection, Developer shall cause the Architect to make changes in the Construction Drawings and/or Detailed Specifications consistent with reasonable objections or comments made by the Owner and shall resubmit the same to Owner in accordance with the foregoing schedule for further review. The process of resubmittal and review shall continue until the submittals have been approved by all the parties. The final Construction Drawings and Detailed Specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of the Project which have been approved by Owner are called the Construction Documents. There shall be no material change in the Construction Documents except as set forth in Section 8 below.
Resubmittals. 1. If a submittal is returned marked "AMEND-RESUBMIT," the CONTRACTOR shall revise the submittal and resubmit the required number of copies. 2. Resubmittal of portions of multi-page or multi-drawing submittals will not be accepted: For example, if a Shop Drawing submittal consisting of 10 drawings contains one drawing noted as "AMEND-RESUBMIT," the submittal as a whole is deemed "AMEND-RESUBMIT," and 10 drawings are required to be resubmitted. 3. Every change from a submittal to a resubmittal or from a resubmittal to a subsequent resubmittal shall be identified and flagged on the resubmittal.

Resubmittals. 1. Phase submittals that do not comply with the requirements set forth above may be rejected in the sole absolute discretion of City. Rejected submittals must be resubmitted for review after all comments have been addressed. 2. Professional will have $400 deducted from its Compensation for each review by City of a phase submittal after two prior reviews for that same phase.

Resubmittals. .1 Clearly identify each correction or change made and include revision date. .2 No adjustment of the schedule outlined in the Supplemental Conditions or Contract Price will be allowed due to delays in progress of Work caused by rejection and subsequent resubmittals.
Resubmittals. Submittals that are rejected or require resubmittal shall be corrected or revised and resubmitted to the Contractor not more than ten (10) days after the submittal is returned to the Subcontractor for correction or revision, or within other such period of time as may be required or justifiable given the nature of the resubmittal and its relation to the schedule of the Work. The Subcontractor shall promptly notify the Contractor if the resubmittal will require more than ten (10) days or whether the resubmittal time will or may delay the schedule of the Work. The Subcontractor is responsible for delays caused by rejection of its submittals due to its own errors, omissions or inconsistencies in the submittals or for any reason due to a material non- conformance with the Subcontract Documents including Subcontractor’s failure to provide submittals according to Section 8.13.1 above.
Resubmittals. 1. Make changes and corrections required by the Owner's Representative. Indicate changes made which were not requested. Resubmit as originally specified. Use same submittal number as initial submittal except add a suffix of -A, -B, etc. for each subsequent resubmittal. Contractor may be subject to payment of costs incurred by the Owner and Owner’s Representative for the review of resubmittals. Stamp/mark resubmittals as "RESUBMITTAL".
