Common use of Retaining Records Clause in Contracts

Retaining Records. We may retain records related to your account in any form including (but not limited to) paper, film, and electronic medium. If we are not able to produce the original or a copy of any document relating to your account or service, our records (in whatever form we retain such records) will be deemed conclusive. If there is a discrepancy between your records and our records, our records will be deemed conclusive.
