Retake Possession. To the extent permitted by law, Landlord may re-enter and retake possession of the Leased Premises, on three (3) days advance notice, either by summary proceedings or any other applicable action or proceeding, or otherwise. Landlord may use the Leased Premises for Landlord's own purposes or relet it upon any reasonable terms without prejudice to any other remedies that Landlord may have by reason of Tenant's default. None of these actions will be deemed an acceptance or surrender by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
