Retention Adjustments. To facilitate retention salary adjustments, the Office of the 39 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will maintain a retention salary adjustment policy, posted on their website, describing 40 the criteria and procedures to be used in making retention adjustments for bargaining unit faculty 41 members.
